A rather fancy jollof rice is served at London s Akoko restaurant. Here, British-Nigerian chef Ayo Adeymi combines jollof rice with lobster and turns it into fine dining dish. The restaurant s goal is to put a new spin on authentic West African dishes and introduce them to a new audience. We were on site to find out how it works.
