DETAILS:

Downey PD and Downey FD received call of a traffic collision
Once units arrived at scene PD reported one vehicle struck a pole line and then a Fire Hydrant with the water shooting up to 50 Ft
One patient was able to exit the vehicle
Fire wasn’t able to shut off the water until Edison arrived
unknown on the cause and the condition of the patient and the patient was transported to a local hospital
