The Angel Awoken Skill Build in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. This Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 build uses the Ultra Instinct Awoken Skill recently added to the latest DLC Update for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as well as being themed around Angel skills for the moveset I would be very surprised if Whis isn t in the upcoming Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. I can see why they would possibly leave Vados for a future DLC character for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero like how she was a DLC character for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 but Whis would surprise me if he is left as part of DLC
