Eng Sub EP.262 ถังหูลู่ l TangHuLu Candied Fruit อยากกินก็ต้องทำ Love Eats Studio by Chef JaJa ซื้อสตรอเบอร์รี่มาก กินไม่หมด เลยมาลองทำ ถังหูลู่ ดู I bought too many strawberries and couldnt finish them all, so I decided to try making TangHulu ส่วนผสม สตรอเบอร์รี่สด น้ำตาลทราย 2 ส่วน น้ำเปล่า 1 ส่วน ไม้เสียบ Ingredients fresh strawberries granulated sugar water a sugar to water ratio of 2:1 skewers วิธีทำ 1. ล้างและซับสตรอเบอร์รี่ให้แห้ง 2. เสียบไม้ 3. ตั้งหม้อ เทน้ำตาลทราย และน้ำเปล่าลงไป 4. เปิดเตา ไฟกลาง ไม่คน เพราะจะทำให้น้ำตาลเป็นเกร็ด แต่วนๆ กระทะ ค่อยๆ เคี่ยวจนเหนียวข้น ปิดเตา 5. จุ่มสตรอเบอร์รี่ลงไป ตักให้น้ำเชื่อมเคลือบทั่วสตรอเบอร์รี่ 6. รีบจุ่มสตรอเบอร์รี่ลงน้ำเย็นจัด ใส่น้ำแข็ง 7. นำขึ้น สะเด็ดน้ำ 8. พร้อมกรุบกรอบ !
