I feel like our spring has been so busy with traveling and trying to get ready for a wedding and a graduation and then Mother’s Day birthday’s Brendon’s birthday is coming up Father’s Day. The photo shoot it has just been so hectic around the Bell house.

I made these Feta Rolls quite a bit ago and I keep having people ask me for the recipe again and Hailey said mom do you remember when you made those Feta Rolls please make them again so today I’m gonna be making Feta Rolls and what’s coming up for my sweet Izzy

Feta roll recipe:
One package of Rhodes dinner rolls thawed out
One jar of pesto
Two containers of feta cheese
2 to 3 cups of shredded Italian cheese mix
2 cups of chopped fresh spinach
One jar of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Olive oil from the sun-dried tomatoes
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning

Directions:
1. Once the dinner rolls are thawed out, roll them on a flowered surface and then later them with a little bit of olive oil, and pesto.
2. next, layer them with both cheeses, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and garlic salt.
3. Roll them tightly then cut into slices and place in pan.
4. cover them with a towel and let them sit until they rise and then bake them at 375° for about 30 minutes
