A 13-member full court bench of the apex court is hearing the SIC s petition challenging the Peshawar High Court s (PHC) judgement regarding the reserved seats. The bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa, comprises Justices Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Munib Akhtar, Yahya Afridi, Aminuddin Khan, Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Ayesha Malik, Athar Minallah, Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Shahid Waheed, Irfan Saadat Khan and Naeem Akhtar Afghan. 13-member bench, headed by CJP, to take up plea. Bench comprises all judges except Justice Hilali. SIC had filed plea against PHC judgment in April.
