A container goods train collided with passenger carrying Kanchenjunga Express near Rangapani station in North Bengal. An official statement on the accident said the Container train overshot the signal and hit rear portion of Kanchenjunga Express. Five passengers have died, 20-25 injured in the accident. The situation is serious. The incident occurred when a goods train rammed into Kanchenjunga Express, says Abhishek Roy, Additional SP of Darjeeling Police.
