Nationals leader David Littleproud has criticised Prime Minister Anthony Albanese for spending “$6.5 billion” in trying to make his “$275 reduction” in energy bills election promise. Opposition leader Peter Dutton announced the Coalition’s nuclear plan last week. “Anthony Albanese spent $6.5 billion in trying to make an election promise of a $275 reduction because he’s got this all-renewables approach,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
