High there! I am Conrado Cortez Yambao, a Filipino expat residing here in Spain. I created this channel to share with you my passion about cooking! Although I'm not a professional cook ( a Medical Technologist by profession), I've become more interested and fell in love with this amazing science of cookery ! What was once an hobby has turned into an obsession!
