#recipe #pancakes #gehukeaatekanasta #pancakerecipe #nasta #tiffin #lunchbox #zaykakatadka दो बूँद तेल से गेंहू के आटेका स्वादिष्ट नाश्ता बनाने का तरीका देख हैरान हो जाओगे |आसान नाश्ता |Nasta Zayka Ka Tadka Recipe - Ingredients - Whole wheat flour / Gehu ka aata - 1 Cup - Semolina / Sooji - 1 tbsp - Curd / Dahi - 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful - Ginger / Adarak - 1 Inch grated - Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 1 Finely chopped - Salt - As per taste - Turmeric powder / Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp - All spice mix powder / Garam masala - 1/2 tsp - Water - As required - Onion / Pyaz - 1/2 Grated - Carrot / Gajar - 1 Grated - Oil - As required - Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - As required - tsp = teaspoon - tbsp = tablespoon Instructions - Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add semolina, curd, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, and all spice mix powder. Mix well. - Add water gradually and prepare a medium thick consistency batter. Then add onion and carrot. Mix well. - Meanwhile, Heat a pancake tawa. Add some drops of oil. - Now fill the mold with the prepared batter. Sprinkle red chilli powder on it. Likewise, fill all molds. Cook it on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. - Then flip it and cook it from another side as well.
