Method For Sauce: Heat 2 tbsp oil, add fried chicken, with all the sauces, cook for 5 min and remove. Garnish with sesame seeds Honey Mustard Fried Fish: Ingredients: Fish filet ½ kg Mustard paste 1 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Crushed garlic 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Oregano 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp Egg 1 Bread crumbs as required Cooking oil (palm oil based) as required Method: Marinate fish with all the given ingredients for 30 mins.
