Curry Laksa Recipe | Curry Mee | Malaysian Curry Noodle Soup | Laksa Lemak
Curry Laksa also called Curry Mee is a spicy noodle soup topped with chicklen ,prawns ,fried tofu , fish ball , long beans, bean sprout and boiled egg. This recipe is popular in Malaysia and Singapore. In this recipe, I used a pre- made curry laksa paste but you can also make your home made paste. You can make changes in my recipe to suit ingredient and less of another. We may not cook the same way, yet we both can produce good results. Ingredients : 500g of noodles 180g of chicken 200g curry paste 10 pcs of prawns dried tofu (1 packet) 10 pcs fish ball 1 tbsp of curry powder 100g of taugi 1 tbsp fish sauce 150ml of thick coconut milk 2 stalk lemon grass 2 string beans 2 tbsp of oil 1/2 tsp of sugar Thank you for watching, please don’t forget to subscribe for more recipes!
