Vitamin Bomb:
The player must catapult three effervescent tablets into as many glasses of water via the lid of a pedal bin.
Equipment required:
• 1 pedal bin (round, diameter 17cm, height 27cm)
• A non-slip mat (or non-slip foam gym mat) -
This is the launch area on which the trash can is placed
• 50 effervescent tablets (eg Omnivit Vitality Orange)
• 3 glasses filled with 3/4 cupful of water (Ikea: Vänlig)
Rules of the game:
1) Arrange the water-filled glasses in one line, the distance between each glass being 50 cm.
2) Place the non-slip mat at a distance of 1.5m from the glasses. Place the pedal bin on this mat.
3) Next to the bin, place the holder with the tablet stock.
4) At the start signal, the player can place an effervescent tablet on the lid of the trash can. The player catapults the tablet by pressing on the pedal of the trash can with his foot or hand. The player can also hold the trash, but without lifting or tipping it.
5) During the game, the player can move the trash can, or turn it on itself. But the base of the trash must always remain entirely in its zone.
6) It counts as a successful attempt when a tablet bounces off the edge of the glass and then falls into the glass,
