It is a hearty and flavorful dish that goes well with roti or rice. Here s how you can make it at home: Ingredients: - 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed - 1 cup sun-dried lentil dumplings (wadiyan) - 1 onion, finely chopped - 2 tomatoes, pureed - 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp cumin seeds - 1 tsp red chili powder - 1 tsp turmeric powder - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp garam masala powder - Salt to taste - Oil for cooking - Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell goes away. 4. Add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes until the oil separates. 5. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. 6. Add the cubed potatoes and mix until they are well coated with the masala. 7. Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes until the potatoes are almost cooked. 8. Meanwhile, heat oil in a small pan and fry the sun-dried lentil dumplings (wadiyan) until they turn golden brown. Drain on a paper towel and set aside. 9. Once the potatoes are almost cooked, add the fried wadiyan and mix well. 10. Cover the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked and the flavors are well combined. 11. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well. 12.
