Featuring FLASH GORDON and his friends MANDRAKE THE MAGICIAN, LOTHAR and THE PHANTOM against the evil MING THE MERCILESS and hit attempt to rule the world. Kidnapping the Defender s children, he issues a dire warning -
interfere and your children die! Control FLASH as he searches for the children in the mysterious FORTRESS OF EVIL. Featuring the music from the original T.V. series. THE FUTURE DEPENDS ON YOU! A very short arcade run and gun shooter. In the game it is best to just keep moving as the enemies are constant and will quickly drain your energy. You just need to get used to being constantly moving and firing constantly. Not an easy game to be sure. The map is fairly linear with only a few dead ends which require backtracking maybe 2 screens at the most. When a locked door is encountered you must call upon a fellow Defender with the right specialisation to get through. Should you need them again, you may have to wait a short while before they are available to help. In the longplay I jump quickly into the game.
