Let’s take a look at the full course of Chapter 1 of Islamiat of Grade 10 “Taharat aur Jismani Safai .

The chapter explains that Islam being a complete code of life, guides us in all the aspects of life. The basic sources of Islamic guidance are the Holy Quran and the traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). There is a Quranic verse in which the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is required to keep himself and his dress clean and tidy. The video explains Wuzu (partial ablution) means the washing of certain parts of the body before saying prayers. Wuzu is obligatory before offering prayers provided that the body and dress are clean. Moreover, the teacher in this video also explains Ghusl (complete ablution) means or to take bath. If the body is not clean it is necessary to wash the whole body. In the Ghusl it is absolutely necessary that every part of the body is washed. Lastly, the teacher also explains the importance and benefits of performing ghusl and wazu.
