We recently faced a one-star review from a customer whose Maker s Magic didn t arrive intact. It was something we took seriously and used as an opportunity to get better. We revisited our packaging process, introduced induction sealing for every jar, and ensured that every product left our shop perfectly sealed and protected. Not only does this reduce breakage, but it also takes care of those one-star reviews from customers unhappy with damaged deliveries. We re always working to get better.
