This brand new freehold development is turning heads with its attractive starting prices - $8XXK for a 1-Bedroom, $1.1XM for a 2-Bedroom, $1.6XM for a 3-Bedroom. Sounds like a great deal, right? But, is it really? CORRECTION 3:30 to 3:47 Pavilion Square and Kassia are both wrongly indicated - Figures on the first row belongs to Kassia, whereas figures on the second row belongs to Pavilion Square. My bad!
