( 2940 viewed : 22 like : 3 comments ) Once again, Himachal Pradesh is hit by another catastrophic cloudburst on August 07.
As per reports, more than 22 people are dead, and several are still missing.
The cloudburst triggered flash floods in Kullu’s Nirmand, Sainj, Malana, and several more areas.
Rampur subdivision’s Samej village was the worst-hit area. Rescue operations are currently underway by the Indian Army, NDRF, and SDRF. Out of 22 bodies, 6 were recovered from Shimla, 2 from Kullu, and 12 bodies are still not identified. As per official information, the search operations are underway in an about 85-km stretch.
