Ang Mochi ay traditional na kakanin mula sa Japan.Ito ay gawa sa malagkit na bigas ngunit tayo ay gagawa naman sa maspinadaling paraan.Ito ay may chewy na texture at may konting tamis at dito nga sa ating recipe ang palaman na ating gagamitin ay gawa sa monggo.

INGREDIENTS:
red monggo beans hugasan at ibabad ng magdamag, ang dami ay depende sa inyong kailangan.
after mababad ay lutuin ito hanggan sa lumambot, kapag malambot na ay durugin gamit ang blender para ito ay mas smooth. Lutuin sa isang kawali, samahan ng asukal, corn starch, cooking oil, vanilla at honey.

1 cup na glutinous rice flour (isangag)
2 cups glutinous rice flour, lutuin na parang palitaw, ang liquid ingredients na kailangan dito ay 1é4 cup na cooking oil at 1 cup na tubig.
