A communication breakdown between Secret Service agents and local law enforcement is largely being blamed.
Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe admitted to the âfailureâ on the part of the agency.
âThe Secret Service did not give clear guidance or direction to our local law enforcement partners,â Mr Rowe said.
