Pinch of Hing
Salt to taste
For Dal: (For boiling)
1 cup Tuver Dal
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
2.5 cup Water
1 tbsp Peanut Whole
For Stuffing:
1/2 cup Tuver na Dana (Crushed) / or Peas (Crushed) / Papdi Dana
1/2 cup Green Coriander (chopped)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp White Til
1 tbsp Desicated Coconut
2 tsp Ginger Paste
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
2 tsp Ginger Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Boiled Potato (Grated) for Binding
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
For Dal Tadka & Masala:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin & Methi
1 pc Dalchini
2 pc Cloves
6 to 7 Curry leaves
Pinch of Hing
1 pc Green Chilli
1 pc Red Dry Mirchi
1 Finely Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Red Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Add Boiled Dal (crushed)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Add Boiled Peanuts
2 to 3 tbsp Gud
1 tbsp Imli Pulp/ Lemon Juice
Add Potli Dhokli
Salt to taste
For Garnish:
Handful of Green Coriander
Desicated Coconut
For serving:
Onion Laccha Salad
Pure Ghee
Papad
Masala Chaas
