Biden travelled to Raleigh, North Carolina, on Wednesday and was briefed about Helene’s devastation at the Emergency Operations Centre.
Following the 81-year-old’s arrival, he took 10 seconds to sit down in his chair.
A video of the oldest-ever sitting president was posted to X, with users roasting Biden for looking “completely cooked”.
