Her glutes and psoas were very tight so we had to work on both sides to make sure she was balanced and on the right track for her competition prep. We made sure to focus on her problem areas so she could bring the best package to the stage when she went to compete. We utilized graston technique, massage therapy, and cupping therapy to get her better.
