বিদেশি ঋণের কিস্তিতে ভর্তুকি দিচ্ছে সরকার। বিশ্লেষকরা বলছেন, এই দায় পরিকল্পনা কমিশনের। প্রকল্প নেয়াকে ছেলেখেলা বানিয়ে ফেলেছিলো দপ্তরটি।অবশ্য, অর্থ উপদেষ্টা জানিয়েছেন, মেগা প্রকল্পের কিস্তি নিয়ে বেশি চাপ নেই।
