Today I am going to show you my super simple Carnivore cheesecake recipe that you can use to make a bunch of different flavored cheesecakes. While the base recipe is fully Carnivore, you can add fruit or chocolate to make it a more keto version, or you can make my amazing bacon cheesecake. All of the cheesecakes are low carb and will not spike your blood sugar!

Ingredients List for Base Cheesecake Recipe:
2 eight-ounce bricks of full fat cream cheese, softened
¾ cup full fat sour cream
3 large eggs
¾ cup allulose or other sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp salted butter, melted

What can you add to make different flavors?
2 tsp organic cacao powder (keto option)
1/2 cup chopped cherries
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning

Bacon Cheesecake Recipe:
