“There’s no one at the public broadcaster who shows more ideological bias and less regard for the ABC charter than its Media Watch host, Paul Barry, who uses his weekly 15-minute program to push his political hobby horses, like renewable energy, and attack his perceived enemies, such as News Corp,” Mr Kenny said.

“It runs a host of online platforms and streaming services, and Barry managed to find one show, aired once a week on Sunday mornings, that is hosted by someone not identifiably from the green left.

There’s balance and plurality at the ABC for you. Still, Barry seems unhappy even with this, especially because Macca (Ian McNamara) dared to have on his program the entrepreneur and environmentalist Dick Smith, who is worried about global warming but wants affordable, reliable, clean energy . up to a point.” [ 2024-11-26T07:59:50Z ] :flashminiupdate:2024-11-26
