I get so caught up in the sweet joy of photographing a mist wreathed, craggy mountain that I completely loose track of my surroundings.
By the time I realize I've messed up I can no longer see the trail back to the car and I'm lost inside a cloud with no bearings to guide me home. What an idiot!
In spite of that I still manage to capture some absolutely banging landscape photography images of Iceland both from the ground and way up in the air.
Amanda gets nibbled by a horse and we finally manage to discover some decent Icelandic chocolates as well as some super tasty gummy bears.
I manage to capture some spectacular 4K drone footage of the Highland In Iceland but when it comes to the Hasselblad and Sony cameras on the ground, I really have to focus stack my images to get them perfect.
Will Amanda come looking for me in the haunting fog and are all Icelandic horses so gassy? Is the sketchy climb over the pinnacles worth risking my life for and do we really need to upgrade our ride to a 4X4?
There's really only one way to find out.
