I've been doing J-pop song covers since 2016, but it is only now that I've gained the confidence (and the funds thanks to amazing donors and my own salary) to create an original song. While people may have considered me an idol before due to my song cover choices and style of live performance, I felt like I could never consider myself a real idol until I started to release original music. 🤔💭
I could call myself an official idol now finally... but it still feels a little strange LOL. 😅
Regardless, if you view me as an idol, even at the big 'ol age of THIRTY-ONE, I deeply appreciate your support (^ ^)//💗💗💗💗💗
The song isn't perfect and I cringe at various parts of the song because I think to myself I could really sing that better if I do another take. BUT, this is the best that I can come up with fornow, and it's only the beginning 😤 As I continue to make more music I promise to make more vocal improvements and grow much more as a singer 🤞🎶 I have no proper training and have mainly just learned through trial and error, but that will change more as I grow as an artist 🌠
My goal as an idol is to express myself through music, videos, costume design, and content creation. I want to share the process of my growth not only as a singer, dancer, and live performer but also as a person on a journey to becoming more and more comfortable with their authentic self. The first step in that is to not be ashamed of openly chasing a dream. So here I am doing that! 💪✨
No matter what your goal is or whatever your gender is, I hope seeing me openly talk about my age can encourage you to break free from the chains of whatever societal construct it is that you feel like is holding you back from living life the way you want! ⭐💖
