How are you? Maybe, not so great, right?
Don't worry, cuz you're at the right place. I have spent years and years in my self improvement journey and I completely understand how you feel. You might feel that you aren't able to do anything, you know you are capable but nothing seems to be working in your life.
This feeling that you have, is completely valid. But just remember that the change starts when you realise where you are, whom you are and what you are capable of. Once you figure out that, just start doing something -
anything that you like or anything that has to be done -
one step at a time. Experiment, figure out what you like, what's working and double down on the things which work. Now, donot forget that true growth takes time -
a lot of time and you need to have some patience -
I mean a lot of patience. All you have to do is work and don't look back -
you will comeback stronger!
