🌟 [ 3 ]   The best rose apple 🍎 delights! sweets, desserts & special menu for celebration!

( 1612998 viewed : 21956 like : 2073 comments ) I made two bottles of jam using the rose apples that I brought home. First, I chopped the rose apples and added sugar lumps (Sukiri) and rose petals. Then I boiled the mixture. The final result was amazing. Also, I made a pink mixed fruit milk by adding rose apples, pomegranate, dragon fruit, red apples, strawberry and my favorite Ambun banana. That was so yummy. It quenches both body and the soul.
I added fried garlics to the dish along with chili coated corns and fried chicken slices just to make the dish testier and prettier. Also, I made a collagen soup with chicken bones by adding chicken bones, saldari, corns, onions, ginger, sera and others spices like cardamom, cloves, salt and pepper. I kept it on the hearth for few minutes and let it cook. That gave an aesthetic chicken bone soup aroma. It was very satisfying.
I tempered boiled peas by adding shrimps, carrots, leaks, tomato along with some pieces of coconut and to make it testier, a pinch of ketchup was added to the dish. I prepared a tasty bite for a drink with some rose apples and apples. The fruits were cut into little pieces and added a pinch of salt and pepper along with some lime. It was an ideal bite for a giggle juice.
I prepared Gulab Jamun (an Indian sweet) for tea time next day. Everyone enjoyed the sweet with a cup of Ranawara. (a very healthy drink that Sri Lankans prepare). They really loved the combo.
It’s getting darker slowly with disappearing sun. The moon is lighting up. This makes my mind really calm. I love this feeling and calmness.
Wishes of people do make wonders. I feel there’s no existence of the universe without those wishes. More those wishes be benevolent, calmer this world would be. More we bless others; more we will be. Such a wonderful thought!
