🌟 [ 4 ] The New Emirates A350 Business Class: The Design Flaw That Ruins the Entire Experience [ @ ]

In this brutally honest review, episode 14 of the series about Emirates & Dubai, I take you onboard Emirates’ brand new Airbus A350 from Dubai to Edinburgh, just after its highly publicized debut. While press and a few known influencers got invited on the first few flights, I flew unobserved a few days later to give you the unfiltered truth about this luxury experience.
I thought that the worst part of this report would be that they don't provide an amenity kit to any daytime flight to Europe and that they devaluated their Skywards miles program to a degree that it's almost like stealing.
Here’s the reality -
first with the good things:
Catering: Very good to impressive, as expected from Emirates.
Wine Selection: Some of the finest wines you’ll find in the sky.
In-flight Entertainment: Emirates still holds the crown for the best entertainment system worldwide.
But here’s the dealbreaker: the business class bed design. Despite all the luxury, this bed is so poorly designed that it makes resting something to avoid and sleeping nearly impossible. The entire experience is compromised because of it. This design flaw is so significant, I can’t recommend Emirates' business class on the A350 at all — and it’s a flaw that will be rolled out across other parts of the fleet. Something I would never have thought I would ever say: I don't want to fly on this Emirates aircraft again in business class.
