Join me for a full body 40 minute cardio pilates workout to help you lose weight and build strength. This workout includes a warm up, 20 minutes standing cardio and strength exercises, 20 mins mat exercises for core strength, mobility and flexibility with some great stretches to cool down and ease out the muscles at the end. A great session to get going in the morning, I recommend you do this at least three times a week to see and feel the difference in your body. This will raise your heart rate, burn fat, tone muscles and put a smile on your face as we move through low impact, high intensity and fun exercises to boost the metabolism and leave you feeling energised and raring to go.
