Speaking during a signing ceremony for the Laken Riley Act in the East Room on Wednesday (29 January), he repeated a boast about the Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency having stopped what he described as $50 million that had been set to be “sent to Gaza to buy condoms for Hamas.”
