Speaking at a news conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he told reporters Palestinians could be resettled in neighbouring Egypt and Jordan - something both countries have rejected - and the US could own Gaza and develop it, create thousands and thousands of jobs .
