If you want your lasagna extra saucy, add an additional 1/2 cup of heavy cream and Parmesan cheese
Ingredients:
for ricotta mixture
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
for the chicken
2-3 lbs chicken; cut into small pieces
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
for the Alfredo sauce
4 tbsp butter
4 minced garlic cloves
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
S & BP
12 lasagna noodles
Italian blend cheese or mozzarella
