Even after formal independence, the grip of neocolonial powers and global imperialist systems continues to influence the political and economic realities of many African countries, with rippling effects on Africans living abroad.
In this ongoing struggle, Burkina Faso has emerged as a beacon of hope under the leadership of President Ibrahim Traoré. His efforts to challenge the remnants of imperialism, advocate for the sovereignty of Burkina Faso, and foster unity across the African continent represent a bold step toward dismantling these oppressive systems.
