Learn How to Make Flavoured Butter At Home: Roasted Garlic Butter & Honey Almond Butter

We love it when our food experts share recipes that are near and dear to them and A Food Story is one of those episodes. Tressa Beaulieu, from Dairy Farmers of Canada, is making two flavoured butters to go with her bannock. The first is a Roasted Garlic Butter and she teaches us how to roast garlic in the oven for perfect results. This compound butter can be frozen and saved for garlic bread, topping a steak, or adding to sauces. Then she s sharing her recipe for Honey Almond Butter, using local BeeMaid Honey, and it is delicious with the bannock but would also be equally amazing on a butter board.
