Pickled Red Onions: 1 cup water 1 cup white vinegar 1 cup red wine vinegar 2 Bay leaves 2 tsp whole peppercorns 2 Tbs sugar 2 tsp salt 3 whole garlic cloves - Combine all Brine ingredients to simmer on stove top for 5 minutes. Cool. Strain. Pour Brine over 1 thinly sliced red onion in a glass jar with secure lid. Refrigerate for 2 hours before use. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Crockpot Meatballs u0026 Sauce (Serving Size 3 Meatballs, 8pts WW PLAN) Meatballs, combine: 1 lb lean ground beef 1 egg 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning 1/4 cup Panko or Plain Bread Crumb - Measure out 1oz portions and roll into balls. -Sear meatballs on all sides, then add to crockpot on low with sauce (see below) for 2-6 hours.
